The Lions Club of Richmond is proud to support organisations that make a tangible difference in the lives of young people within our community. Recently, club member Michael Sincock had the honour of presenting $3,000 worth of specialised equipment to Dawn Hawthorn-Jackson, CEO of I Believe, You Believe, We Believe.
I Believe, You Believe, We Believe is a charity created to address a critical gap in government support for children and young adults who face diagnosed learning difficulties and other disadvantages. For many families, access to the right tools, programs and specialised resources can be limited or financially out of reach. This organisation exists to ensure those young people are not left behind.
The specialised equipment donated will be used to support learning, development and engagement, helping participants build confidence, independence and essential life skills. These resources play a vital role in enabling tailored support, allowing each individual to learn in ways that best suit their needs and abilities.
For Lions, this handover reflects our ongoing commitment to community service and to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. By working alongside dedicated organisations like I Believe, You Believe, We Believe, we can help create inclusive opportunities and brighter futures for children and young adults who need it most.
The Lions Club of Richmond is proud to play a small part in a big mission, one built on belief, support and community.
